The Nazarene's Way
(((Shabbat Shalom!))) to the precious few who keep 'THE SCRIPTURAL METHOD' for determining Full Moon Rosh Chodesh and 7th Day Sabbath!
Yes, that's right, I said, "THE SCRIPTURAL METHOD"!!! This can only be accomplished by understanding the definition of the word 'ôth which YHWH used as He spoke about THE TWO GREAT LIGHTS in Genesis 1:14, "let them be for signs..." ~ 'ôth H226, 'signs' (in the sense of appearing)!!! Both the Sun and the Full Moon make their 'appearance' above and send their 'signs' from the eastern horizon!!!
With respect to those who believe otherwise I "QUALIFY" my greeting as a matter of personal faith based upon years of humble, open minded, Berean-like study of the Scriptures resulting in my belief that YHWH has provided every foundational detail required for us to know and keep His, New Moon Days, Sabbaths and Annual Moedim according to what He inspired Moses to write in Genesis 1 alone!
Let us earnestly contend for the true dates of YHWH's Moedim (Appointed Times) for He says...
“My being hates your New moons and your appointed times..." "Come now, and let us reason together,” says יהוה. (Isaiah 1:14a & 16a The Scriptures 2009)
Father I pray, "Pour out Your Ruach HaQodesh upon us, help us to set aside our filthy pride and give us a heart's desire to be set-apart in Your Moedim, open our eyes to see Your ways, which You've recorded in Your written WORD, that we may worship You in Spirit and Truth on the 'actual' dates YOU command!
"I refer to "THE SCRIPTURAL METHOD" I now use to mark Rosh Chodesh, from which the Sabbaths and Annual Moedim of YHWH are numbered, as..."The self-evident, 'GENESIS 1 DECREED', observational method for Full Moon Rosh Chodesh reckoning!
"According to 'THE SCRIPTURAL METHOD' for determining Full Moon Rosh Chodesh and 7th Day Sabbath, today, the 2nd of July, is actually the 8th Day of the 4th New Moon of Scripture and therefore the 1st Sabbath of the 4 Month of Scripture! Today is also the 29th Day of our 50-Day count toward the Summer Festival of Shavuot.
The timing of the announcement of the date listed above is according to "THE SCRIPTURAL METHOD" I use and is for my location, which is Verdigre, Nebraska in the U.S.A. This same sunrise/sunset date may arrive at your location either before or after it arrives at my location depending upon whether you're located either east or west of me and the ever dynamic, self-correcting motions of the sun and moon along with the earth's rotation upon its axis in THE MASTER'S CLOCK possibly leading you to keep a different date, either a day before or after, on the Gregorian calendar than I do.
If you are mindful of calendar issues within the faith and hold to a different 'opinion', use a different 'method' and observe different 'conclusions', I bid you "Shalom!" but I encourage you to take another look at GENESIS 1! The foundation of what you need to know is right there! All other Scriptural calendar resource exegesis must align itself with clear, unambiguous conclusions drawn from GENESIS 1!
Much like the gathering of waters from the face of the earth into the ocean via small streams, each flowing into one another, eventually becoming mighty rivers, which are inextricably drawn to the sea, so we too will one day meet as one body of one faith on the actual dates of YHWH's Moedim via an exercised humility as Messiah Yahusha draws ALL MANKIND to Himself and we will worship in Unity, Spirit and Truth!
Today I'll share with you an article I wrote a few years back that challenges the traditional count toward Shavuot. Tradition has it that Moses received the two tablets of stone upon which The 10 Commandments were written on the same day that Shavuot would have fallen... can that be true if the count toward Shavuot is merely seven weeks plus one day long? Or is there more to the story?Don't pass this eye opener up... may YAH bless as you study to show yourself approved!
If you're blessed by the article please consider hitting the LIKE/LOVE and SHARE buttons to help get it in front of other people for their consideration!
