(((SHABBAT SHALOM!)))

(((Shabbat Shalom!))) to ALL MANKIND, especially to the precious few who keep 'THE SCRIPTURAL METHOD' for determining Full Moon Rosh Chodesh and 7th Day Sabbath!

Yes, that's right, I said, "THE SCRIPTURAL METHOD"!!! This can only be accomplished by understanding the definition of the word 'ôth, which Yahuah used as He spoke about THE TWO GREAT LIGHTS in Genesis 1:14, "let them be for signs..." ~ 'ôth H226, 'signs' (in the sense of appearing)!!! Please understand that the ‘sign’ of the Sun and the ‘sign’ of the Moon are not distinguished from one another in Genesis 1:14 and the only phase of the Moon that matches the ‘sign’ of the Sun is the Full Moon in that they both make their 'appearance' above and send their 'signs' from the eastern horizon as “TWO GREAT LIGHTS”, comparable with one another, the Sun ruling the day and the Full Moon ruling the night, thereby defining days as beginning and ending at Sunrise and months as beginning and ending with the Full Moon!

Brothers and Sisters I am a ‘critical thinker’ and have become an unapologetic Full Moon Rosh Chodesh Lunar Sabbatarian!

Why?

Because the Full Moon is the only phase of the moon that fulfills the standard attributes of a GREAT LIGHT’ that RULES THE NIGHT’ set in Genesis 1!

And…

Because Lunar Sabbath observance is unequivocally commanded in The 4th Commandment itself!

“Remember the Sabbath day, to set it apart." (Exodus 20:8 The Scriptures 2009)

This, of course, goes back to what Yahuah did in Genesis 2:2-3...

And in the seventh day Elohim completed His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made. And Elohim blessed the seventh day and set it apart, because on it He rested from all His work which Elohim in creating had made.

The beginning of time as it is recorded in Genesis 1:1-2 represents the 1st Day of the 1st Month of the 1st Year of Creation, that should be abundantly obvious and totally logical to everyone, but it does NOT represent the 1st Day of the 1st Week of Creation, which begins in Genesis 1:3, the narrative of each of the six days of the Creation Week beginning with the proclamation “And Elohim said…” and ending with “evening and morning the (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th day).”

Critical Thinkers will therefore realize that the "Sabbath Day" of The 4th Commandment recorded in Exodus 20:8 is inextricably linked, not only to the 7th Day of the 1st Weekly Cycle, i.e. The Creation Week, but also to the 8th Day of the 1st Month of Creation upon which it fell due to the period of time (a day) recorded in Genesis 1:1-2 when the heavens and earth were actually created from nothing prior to the beginning of the Creation Week.

In Exodus 20:11 we read…

“For in six days יהוה made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore יהוה blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart."

It is vitally important to note that the word “made” is translated from the Hebrew word ‛âśâh, which is Strong’s H6213 and means something akin to ‘making your bed’ in that you’re not bringing your bed into existence but rather arranging the bed linen to make it appear presentable. ‛âśâh Is not however the word used in Genesis 1:1 when the universe was ”created” out of nothing, ‘created’ being translated from the Hebrew word bârâ' , which is Strong’s H1254. bârâ' and ‛âśâh are two completely different words with two completely different meanings.

Also notice it doesn’t say, “For in the first’ six days…” but rather says “For in six days…” That along with the fact that there is clearly a period of time recorded in Genesis 1:1-2 that precedes the Creation Week, when the heavens and the earth were actually ‘created from nothing’ vs. being ‘advanced upon’ during the Creation Week, leaves the door wide open for interpretation via ‘critical thought’ which will not allow for the 1st Day of the Creation Week to also be the 1st Day of the Creation Month!

The 4th Commandment is repeated in Deuteronomy 5 beginning with verse 12...

"Guard the Sabbath day, to set it apart, as יהוה your Elohim commanded you." (Deuteronomy 5:12 The Scriptures 2009)

The Lunar 7th Day Sabbath is then confirmed in the 4th Commandment of Deuteronomy 5 when it inextricably links the 7th Day Sabbath, not to the 8th Day of the 1st Month of Creation as it was in Exodus 20, but to the 15th Day of the 1st Month when Yahuah set Israel free from the bondage of Egypt in Deuteronomy 5:15…

And you shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Mitsrayim, and that יהוה your Elohim brought you out from there by a strong hand and by an outstretched arm. Therefore יהוה your Elohim commanded you to perform the Sabbath day. (Deuteronomy 5:15)

And affirmed in Numbers 33:3...

So they departed from Ra‛meses in the first new moon, on the fifteenth day of the first new moon, on the morrow of the Pěsaḥ the children of Yisra’ěl went out with boldness before the eyes of all the Mitsrites, (Numbers 33:3)

Yahuah would never have linked His 7th Day Sabbath, as it is recorded in the 4th Commandment of Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5, to both the 8th and 15th Days of the 1st Month if He didn't intend for the the 7th Day Sabbath to be observed on the 8th and 15th Days of every Lunar Cycle! There is not a single mention in all of Scripture of a 7th Day Sabbath falling on any other day than the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th days of any given Lunar Cycle!

Furthermore, Yahuah has instructed us to keep His Sabbath as 'a sign' between Him and His people in both Exodus 31:13 and Ezekiel 20:12 and 20.

“And you, speak to the children of Yisra’ěl, saying, ‘My Sabbaths you are to guard, by all means, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, to know that I, יהוה, am setting you apart." (Exodus 31:13 The Scriptures 2009)

“And I also gave them My Sabbaths, to be a sign between them and Me, to know that I am יהוה who sets them apart." (Ezekiel 20:12 The Scriptures 2009)

And set apart My Sabbaths, and they shall be a sign between Me and you, to know that I am יהוה your Elohim.’ (Ezekiel 20:20 The Scriptures 2009)

Be sure to understand that in Ezekiel 20:12 Yahuah is speaking judgment to Israel of old for having profaned His Sabbaths and that in Ezekiel 20:20 He is admonishing them to return to observing His Sabbaths. Later on in the chapter, verse 34. He begins to speak of an 'end times' generation of Israel that have been scattered amongst the nations, who will return to The Promised Land via The Greater Exodus and enter into judgment with Him there in the not too distant future.

This judgement is the 'consummation' of the betrothal phase of Messiah Yahusha's marriage covenant with those who portend to be His Bride. In that judgment there will be rebels who are not keeping His Sabbaths and are not allowed to enter into The Promised Land. In this judgment the rebels will immediately be divorced even though they have returned to The Promised Land in The Greater Exodus. But, there will also be those who are judged to be keeping the commandments and therefore the true 7th Day Sabbath of Yahuah and those faithful and obedient ones will be allowed to enter into The Promised Land and receive it as their inheritance! THE TRULY FAITHFUL, those who know Messiah Yahusha as the Savior of ALL MANKIND, i.e. THE WHOLE WORLD, and THE TRULY OBEDIENT, those who keep as a bare minimum THE 10 COMMANDMENTS, especially THE MARK OF YAH, i.e. the true 7th Day Sabbath of THE 4TH COMMANDMENT, become His Wife of the 1st Resurrection!

The 7th Day Sabbath 'sign' of Scripture reckoned from the Full New Moon constitutes THE MARK OF YAH! whereas the pagan 7th Day Saturday (Saturn's Day) 'sign' of the Gregorian Calendar constitutes the 'end times' MARK OF THE BEAST!!! This must be taken very seriously, it is no small matter!

With respect to those who believe otherwise I "QUALIFY" my greeting as a matter of personal faith based upon years of humble, open minded, Berean-like study of the Scriptures resulting in my belief that Yahuah has provided every foundational detail required for us to know and keep His, New Moon Days, Sabbaths and Annual Moedim according to what He inspired Moses to write in Genesis 1 alone!

Let us earnestly contend for the true dates of Yahuah’s Moedim (Appointed Times) for He says...

“My being hates your New moons and your appointed times..." "Come now, and let us reason together,” says יהוה. (Isaiah 1:14a & 16a The Scriptures 2009)

Father I pray, "Pour out Your Ruach HaQodesh upon us, help us to set aside our filthy pride and give us a heart's desire to be set-apart in Your Moedim, open our eyes to see Your ways, which You've recorded in Your written WORD, that we may worship You in Spirit and Truth on the 'actual' dates YOU command!

"I refer to "THE SCRIPTURAL METHOD" I now use to mark Rosh Chodesh, from which the Sabbaths and Annual Moedim of Yahuah are numbered, as...

"The self-evident, 'GENESIS 1 DECREED', observational method for Full Moon Rosh Chodesh reckoning!

"According to 'THE SCRIPTURAL METHOD' for determining Full Moon Rosh Chodesh and 7th Day Sabbath, today, paganism’s 4th of March, is actually the 15th Day of the 12th New Moon of Scripture and therefore the 2nd Sabbath of the 12th Month of Scripture!

The timing of the date proclaimed above is according to "THE SCRIPTURAL METHOD" I use and is for my location, which is Verdigre, Nebraska in the U.S.A. This same sunrise/sunset boundary marker for the Sabbath may arrive at your location either before or after it arrives at my location depending upon whether you're located either east or west of me and the ever dynamic, self-correcting motions of the sun and moon along with the earth's rotation upon its axis, all of which make up THE MASTER'S CLOCK, possibly leading you to keep a different date, either a day before or after, on the Gregorian calendar than I do.

Much like the gathering of waters from the face of the earth into the ocean via small streams, each flowing into one another, eventually becoming mighty rivers, which are inextricably drawn to the sea, so we too will one day meet as one body of one faith on the actual dates of Yahuah’s Moedim via an exercised humility as Messiah Yahusha draws ALL MANKIND to Himself and we will worship in Unity, Spirit and Truth!

If you are mindful of calendar issues within the faith and hold to a different 'opinion', use a different 'method' and observe different 'conclusions', I bid you "Shalom!" But... I encourage you to take another look at GENESIS 1! The foundation of what you need to know is right there! All other Scriptural calendar resource exegesis must align itself with clear, unambiguous conclusions drawn from GENESIS 1! Join with me and be a 'critical thinker' setting all human traditions aside and draw your conclusions from GENESIS 1!

To help facilitate your study of Genesis 1 I'll share with you an article I wrote in the Fall of 2020 titled 'The SIGNS Of Time!'. The article is key to understanding 'THE SCRIPTURAL METHOD' for determining both Rosh Chodesh and the 7th Day Sabbath. Don't pass this eye opener up... may YAH bless as you study to show yourself approved! Here's the link... 'The SIGNS Of Time!'
